Trademarks: “Mr. Darsan Halan”, the associated logo, “VELAN IPS”, including the book title and its series of books under the same title, and all related names, characters, titles, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are the exclusive trademarks and proprietary identifiers of Mr. Darsan Halan. The User shall not use, reproduce, imitate, display, or exploit any of the Trademarks, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Mr. Darsan Halan. Any unauthorized use of the Trademarks shall constitute infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal action under applicable laws.

License: Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
